4. With the exceptions of the Classified Ads approved and placed by the administrator, all direct and indirect commercial advertising messages will be deleted. The administrator also has the right to remove any flooding messages and ban users from flooding the board with disturbing messages.

5. To protect and respect each other's privacy, it's forbidden to expose other user's particulars without his / her consent.

In sending any information, in particular, your personal information (such as your name, real or otherwise, interest, address, telephone number, age, date of birth, address, email address, family status, credit card number and particulars, identification number etc), you acknowledge that you are doing that voluntarily at your own risk and such information may be accessed unlawfully or lawfully by anyone who may use it for any purposes. Without limiting the generality, the following areas are public areas:- exchanging mails or chatting between or amongst members, introducing yourselves to other people or members, uploading materials other than for the purpose of registering or identifying yourself as a member or as the credit card holder in making purchase through Services. All such information you voluntarily make available in the public areas is not to be regarded as being collected by us and we have no responsibility whatsoever to handle such information or to correct such information on request or not. 7. It is strictly forbidden to have users posting sexual posts that advocate sex with minors; or minors posting posts that solicit sex. (minors are "generally" defined as under the age of 18) Those posts will be deleted and the users concerned will be banned from using the board. And according to the existing Hong Kong homosexual law, it is prohibited for a male to have (anal)intercourse with another male under the age of 21. Posts that advocate (anal) intercourse with another male under 21, as well as posts that solicit (anal) intercourse by a male under 21, will not be tolerated on our message boards.

8. Failure to abide to the above regulations will lead to you being immediately and permanently banned from the board without prior notice. "Premium Users" also agree to be bound by the same regulations. The administrator has the right to terminate any premium acocunts that fail to abide to these regulations. The membership fees for the banned premium accounts will not be refundable.
